HK Speech Festival - Over the Park by Charles Thomson Read Through

Help your child learn how to improve how they say the poem. 

In this poem, it’s fairly simple to understand and convey those feelings in the voice.

Overall, focus on excitement in the first stanza.

In the second stanza, there could be a few ways to do it, but I focused on feeling like they know they’re asking for something they shouldn’t be asking for. 

In the third stanza, it’s playful like how kid’s beg for one more candy or more go at something.
